This project had many technical challenges to overcome including pumping ~9,000 GPM against 400 PSI. Milbar was able to replace an entire pump station while filling and maintain full line flow for downstream production. In addition, after pumping ~21,000,000 gallons of water Milbar tested over 150 miles of 26" pipeline from six (6) locations simultaneously completing twelve (12) tests in a single day. We then repeated this process after moving the water down stream culminating with the complete hydrotesting of over 326 Miles of 26" in just 10 Days.
